Hi, I’m Tori Krout of Tori K Visuals.

I’ve been documenting the world around me for as long as I can remember- starting with a little pink 35mm camera that I had as a kid. I was mesmerized by the magic of freezing time, of capturing a moment I could return to again and again. Over the years, I’ve realized that sharing that feeling - the wonder, the nostalgia- is what I love most. I’m not just taking photos, I’m the vessel that carries memories back to life.

I have my degrees in Photography, and over ten years of working professionally.

I’m always evolving and learning while staying true to vision.

Fun Facts
About Me

I am an avid forager, gardener, plant nerd who makes all of her own dried teas and lotions and potions and will oftentimes find something edible if we are in the woods together for a session.

I took some time to travel the US in my 20’s via car, van, train, buses and at times even on foot. I visited so many places, met so many people, learned trade work on a construction crew, worked in farm industries and hope to have a farm again one day. I guess all this to say, I’m an endlessly curious and adventurous person.

Like photography is a service, I have also worked in other aspects of service, the restaurant service industry for almost 20 years and I see so much that translates between those two worlds. I have mastered time management, meeting expectations, tight deadlines, quick introductions and organizing people, and so much more. There are endless parallels here.
